Super first trip to The Point Crab House & Grill, our server Conner P was nothing less than spectacular. Everything he did was straight from the restaurant's playbook & neither missed a thing. Showed Mom a fun birthday lunch outdoor table under the canopy decent even on a hot & humid August day. Apps, crabs & an incredible finish with Nutty Buddie Sliders (huge) Return trip guaranteed. Looks like a fun happy hour too. (bring the boat)
Perfect. We are always leary trying new places, as we have a 7yr and 2yr old. We know what places do well, we know what places we can NOT go with kids. My wife and I are industry, so we get it, but we keep the kids entertained, we clean up any messes, and just about bus the table for you. We order quickly, we are not picky, we stay no longer than an hour, and we tip fat. We tried The Point last week and had a great time. I approached the hostess alone but mentioned I had my wife and 2 "little angels". She put us a decent distance away from other guests (perfect), got the kids coloring stuff immediately (perfect), and sent our server, Cody I believe, right over. He was polite, patient, and joked with the kids. (Perfect X 3) We had a great time and will be back. Thank you, Point, and Cody, you made 2 parents very happy.
Amazing food! Their Happy Hour prices are fantastic and the food is great. Crab dip, pretzel with beer mustard cheese dip both served with fat pretzel sticks. As a visitor I kept trying crab and this was the best by far. I wanted to go back the next day! Great service and on the water. They had misters for when it's got and garage door style windows for bad weather. GO GO GO
Drinks excellent. Service from Celia excellent. Wings very good. Burger very good. Fried pickles very good. Shrimp very good. Cod fish tacos not so great... portions were very fishy. Will not order them again.
Crabs were called large 85 a dozen. They were nearly 5 inches and all were lite.
